What a great little book! I got this for my daughter to read to her daughter, who, in turn, gave it to my son to read to his little boy. My Grandkids Loved the story and look forward to more tales to come! Recommended for your little ones! A tiny treasure!!

While children may find this story a little bit of sunshine in their day, I really think this is more of the sweet and understanding type tale that a parent, sibling, friend, or relative would enjoy reading to a younger child, or reading with a child. It's a gently funny quick read that completes for the reader what the main character, plucky Jillian McClout, sets out on her own to do. A nice story that promotes friendship, setting and achieving goals, and making sacrifices for things that really matter.
